network problems?

12 hrs ago the stream was unreachable, now I get the stream tags, but no sound, both aac and mp3.
Is the problem here or on the server?

Edit: solved. First time skype usage did something to the sound card. Unloaded/reloaded the driver, pumped the mixer volume up and --- viola:-)
