Last hour of the Yes Marathon, thank you all - In and around the regular programming, for the last days of 2019, Joe Mallon has programmed all 2019 music. Enjoy!

According to Bandcamp, Amorkiir "sounds like ... King Crimson, The Mars Volta, and David Bowie". Also VdGG/Discipline! Certainly intriguing.

That was an "unearthed treasure" indeed! The Mynd: I'd never heard of them (they were unsigned), but their song "The Sorcerer", muddy recording quality and all, really took me back to that period (1975). Replace the Mellotron with an electric violin, and I could have been listening to another very likeable unsigned UK band I mentioned a while back: Wellington. Most enjoyable. Thank you, DA!

I've deleted the last two posts. I want to personally send out my hope that everyone weathers this awful epidemic safe and sound.

Does this mean that other people are actually hearing something? It's still completely silent for me. It doesn't matter whether I use XMPlay (my usual player, which has worked flawlessly with DA for years), or DA's own "pop out" player. I'm in the UK, if that's relevant. My Internet connection seems perfectly normal.

Twirlip, thanks again for asking. From Joe Mallon: "Download an updated file for your player. I'll put a notice on the playlist page and work on the in-page player later today". Hope that helps and thanks for being a loyal DA listener!
