F2 Music - MAGENTA UPDATE - December 2004

MAGENTA - Another Time, Another Place (Double Live CD)
Release date: 01 December 2004

Magenta have taken the Prog world by storm with their debut double concept
CD 'Revolutions', the follow-up 'Seven' and their debut CD Single 'Broken'.
This new double CD includes powerful live versions of many of the tracks
from these releases and shows why Magenta have gained such a reputation for
their concerts around the world. 2003 saw the band play some great gigs
including the Progeny Festival at London's Astoria Theatre, Baja Prog in
Mexico and headlining at the Spirit of 66 in Belgium, and 2004 has been no
different. Magenta are the only band ever to have been given three encores
at any Classic Rock Society concert in the UK and are also the only band to
have been invited back for the second prestigious Progeny Festival in
London after their performance in 2003. At the first ever ProgsFest in the
UK, Magenta were the highlight of the two days and were immediately invited
back to headline next year's event. More recently, following a concert in
front of a capacity crowd, Magenta received two awards in the Classic Rock
Society Awards for 'Best Female Vocalist' and 'Best Live Band', as well as
being nominated for best album for 'Seven' and 'Best Band'. So, give
'Another Time, Another Place' a listen and find out why so many people love
Magenta and why they are considered as one of the best live bands around!

MAGENTA - I'm Alive EP (CD Single)

As well as the double live CD, Magenta will also be releasing their second
CD single 'I'm Alive' on 01 December 2004! Featuring 4 previously
unreleased tracks plus the promo video for 'Broken', this is a great
addition to any CD collection! These tracks will not be released anywhere
else.
